Wanna know what's awkward?  When you wave at someone you know across campus and they just look at you like you're a crazy.  Wanna know something extra awkward?  That happened to me twice today.  Seriously people?  I know you!

Another awkward thing - how often the best friend and I eat Jimmy Johns.  Their pickles?  Seriously amazing.  Except for the freezing cold walk back to our room today and the flurries expected for tonight.  Mother Nature was not my friend today.  Not. My. Friend.

Since I've been a bomb dot com student today and done a ton of studying, I have nothing to do tonight but watch the Bachelor and the new Kardashian episode.  And that, my friends, is awesome!

Busy, busy, busy.  Lots of things to do today: homework, work, and cleaning.  Ick.  But enough complaining.  The weather out is beautiful!  Seriously guys, it's going to be sixty on Thursday!  {In Iowa that is practically bikini weather!}  Only downside is that since the snow is melting, everything is soggy and muddy.  At least it's not icy though, right?!

So kids, I gotta admit - my life is kinda boring right now.  Oh wait!  I forgot to tell you that I broke my toe on Friday.  Aaaaand my bangs have been doing this weirdy part thing lately.  Exciting stuff?  No?  Shooters...

Well I suppose it's time for me to go get some stuff done.  Hopefully the procrastination will not kick in until after I get everything done.  Wish me luck!

Today was a great Valentine's Day.  Not because I got a hundred roses from a secret admirer, but because I was able to spend it with my incredibly amazing friends who I love and adore.  How could it get any better?

Despite my great day, I have oodles of studying to get done because I have three tests next week.  YIKES.  But don't worry friends, I'm way on top of it.

Yes friends, the weekend is finally here.  I must admit, today has been AWESOME.  Today was the first day in a long time that I have literally nothing to do.  Awesome, right?

Right now I'm doing my favorite things:
1.  Hanging out with my two best friends Abby and Madeline.
2.  The Kardashians are on.
3.  I'm doing makeup.  Love.
4.  Drinking wine out of my tiki glass.
5.  Blogging, obvs. {In case you were wondering, that is short for obviously.}
6.  Listening to my favorite songs and having dance parties.  No judgement.

Hope everyone has a stellar weekend!  Mine will be full of sushi, mexican, margaritas, birthday celebrations, and lots and lots of love!

P.S. if you couldn't tell, today was the funnest photo shoot yet.  Climbing on top of a huge snow mound was hilarious.

So this is going to be a short post, because I'm busy watching GLEE with my brother!  It is a bomb dot com episode.  I also have a ton of homework I need to start.  Yuck.


How much longer until the weekend?

today it was one degree outside.

No joke.  ONE DEGREE.  It was horrifying.

On the bright side, I had two classes cancelled today.  TWO!  Which means I got to sleep in, get some homework done, and watch Sex and the City on E!  How awesome is that?!  I'm also going out to dinner with the best friend, and the other best friend {who is also my sorority little sis!}  This means two nights in a row of off campus food!  YUMMMM!

Tonight my parents are leaving for Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, which means I get to "watch" my brother {a.k.a. hang out with him} for a whole week.  In case you were wondering, my brother is the coolest person on the face of the planet!  Be jealous.

I'm also looking to get a nice camera, so if anyone has any good recommendations please let me know!  I am not very knowledgeable about cameras and I can use all the help I can get!

Oh my God!  I forgot to tell you.  I got bangs!  My hair is so now.

Anyone catch the Legally Blonde quote?  If so, you win.  YAAAY!  {Okay, so you don't really win anything, but I'm definitely impressed!}  Aaand Cecilia dyed my hair.  And by Cecilia, I mean my best friend Madeline.  Confusing, right?  When she was little instead of telling people at school that her mom cut her hair, she would tell them that Cecilia cut her hair.  How stinking cute is that?

Today was freezing and busy, but tonight I ordered Chinese food and I'm watching the bachelor.  Doesn't get much better than that, people!  Sadly, homework is calling my name {again with the procrastination thing...} and I've gotta study study study.  Guess it's time to hit the books.  Lame.

1.  My birthday {April 18} is also International Juggler's Day.
2.  "Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo" is a grammatically correct sentence in the English language.
3.  Reindeer like to eat bananas.  No joke.
